Relocating affects everyone in a family, not just the transferee. So at Real
Living Relocation Management, we focus on everyone involved in the move.
Through our extensive partnerships with relocation-related firms and
organizations, we can assist with whatever needs family members might have from
locating child-care facilities to job placement assistance.
We'll also provide rental assistance for transferees who are non-homeowners.
They'll receive a comprehensive package containing maps and rental information
for a new location. We can even assist with overseeing termination of an old
lease, if allowed by state or local law. Some additional fee-based services
also are available.
While renters sometimes take a back seat to homeowners in relocation programs,
rest assured they'll receive the same level of assistance from us.
Home Search Assistance
Helping transferees find a new home – and protecting their investment in
their new location – is a top priority for us. You can count on our
counselors to provide transferees all of the background they need to buy a home
in a new community. That includes details about schools, taxes, hospitals,
transportation, market trends and resale potential.
Temporary Living Assistance
Affordable temporary housing can sometimes be tough to find, especially in high
cost-of-living markets. But we'll make every effort to find comfortable,
convenient living accommodations for transferees until they can move into their
new home.
